By 2025, more than 4.1 million people in our country will obtain advanced certificates for skilled workers or above. This year, the focus is on mutual recognition and exchange of skills certificates.
According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, by 2025, more than 4.1 million people nationwide will obtain certificates above the senior worker level, with over 270,000 people obtaining technician certificates. Nearly 3,000 people will be identified as chief technicians and top-level technicians. In 2025, the country will recruit 48,000 postdoctoral fellows, with over 17,000 outstanding postdoctoral fellows receiving funding through key projects like the "Postdoctoral New Plan." Over 1.49 million digital talents have participated in training programs through the three-year action plan for cultivating digital talents. 17 new professions, such as drone formation planner, and 42 new job categories, such as generative artificial intelligence system tester, have been introduced. 73 national occupational standards have been released. The integrated training model of skilled talents in both industry and academia will be fully implemented, involving 1000 schools, the development of 101 majors, and training more than 32,000 teachers. This year, the country will continue to promote mutual recognition of vocational skills certificates, breaking down barriers to the mobility of skilled talents.
