Corson Technology announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xu Jingen, released 10.5 million pledged shares on January 26, 2026, accounting for 7.50% of the shares held by him and 1.89% of the total share capital of the company. After this pledge release, Xu Jingen has a total of 45.69 million pledged shares, accounting for 32.65% of his total holding and 8.23% of the company's total share capital. Xu Jingen and his concerted action person Wang Dongmei collectively hold 164 million shares of the company, accounting for 29.59% of the total share capital of the company.
