The Three Trees announced that on January 26th, the actual controller and controlling shareholder of the company, Hong Jie, released the pledge of 24.688455 million shares of unrestricted tradable shares pledged to Huaneng Guicheng Trust. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hong Jie holds 494.453628 million shares of the company, accounting for 67.02% of the total share capital; after this release, the total pledged shares held by him is 110.742199 million shares, accounting for 22.40% of his total shares held in the company and 15.01% of the total share capital.
