According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhejiang Hailide Chemical Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope includes the promotion of new materials technology, technical services, technical development, technical consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, and technology promotion. According to Qichacha's equity penetration, the company is wholly owned by Hailide.
