The high-speed train from Nanning to Yan'an will start running today, marking the first direct high-speed train connection between the two cities.

The reporter learned from the Guangxi Railway Nanning Bureau that at 7:58 on January 27th, the first high-speed train G3352 from Nanning East to Yan'an departed from the platform, marking the realization of high-speed rail direct connection between the "Green City" Nanning and the "Revolutionary Holy Land" Yan'an, filling the gap of no direct high-speed rail between the two places. It is reported that this is one of the highlights of the Guangxi Railway Nanning Bureau's timetable adjustment in the first quarter of this year. The region now has a high-speed train directly to Yan'an for the first time. Nanning and Yan'an can be reached in as fast as 12 hours and 19 minutes, which is of great significance for promoting the sharing of red tourism resources between the two provinces, and promoting the integrated development of the Shaanbei Revolutionary Base Area and the construction of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
