According to the WeChat account "National Copyright" news on the 26th, in accordance with the State Copyright Administration's "Notice on Carrying Out Special Work on Protection of Cinema Copyrights" and "Opinions on Further Strengthening Copyright Supervision of Internet Distribution Works", as well as the Copyright Key Supervision Work Plan, based on the authorization status of works reported by relevant right holders, the first batch of key works copyright protection warning list for 2026 is now publicly announced. Network service providers should take the following protection measures for key works within the copyright protection warning list: network service providers that directly provide content shall not provide works within the copyright protection warning list without permission; network service providers providing storage space shall prohibit users from uploading works within the copyright protection warning list; relevant network service providers should expedite the handling of notifications from the rights holders of works within the copyright protection warning list requesting the removal of infringing content or the disconnection of infringing links.
