According to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, by 2025, the total new commercial area in Beijing will exceed 1.5 million square meters, with continuous expansion of consumption supply and the emergence of new consumption landmarks. It is reported that Beijing is promoting the landing of key commercial projects such as Beijing Supermix Living Mall, Zhongguancun ART PARK Da Rong City, Wanli Commercial and Entertainment Complex, and cultivating a batch of characteristic commercial pedestrian streets such as Changxindian National Trendy Fashion Street and Wanpingcheng Specialty Commercial Street. This effectively supplements the supply of commercial facilities in areas such as northern Beijing, western Beijing, southern Beijing, and the urban sub-center, making the layout of commercial facilities in the city more balanced. The coupling degree with population distribution and industrial layout has significantly improved, and a multi-center commercial development pattern is gradually forming.
