Tianhe Solar Energy: The remaining raised funds of 1.7 billion RMB will be used for the new project "Distributed Smart Photovoltaic Power Station Construction Project".

Tianhe Solar Energy announced that the company plans to reduce the amount of funds raised for the "Annual Production of 35GW Direct Pull Single Crystal Project", will no longer implement the second phase of the 15GW project, and will use the remaining raised funds of 1.7 billion yuan for the new project "Distributed Smart Photovoltaic Power Station Construction Project". The new project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026. The company stated that this change is beneficial for improving the efficiency of fund utilization, rationalizing resource allocation, consolidating market position, and will not have any adverse effects on the company's normal operations. This matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting and bondholders' meeting for approval before implementation.
