The former director of the digital management department of China Minmetals Group, Chang Wei, is under review and investigation.

According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Minmetals Corporation, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group, and the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the former Director of Digital Management Department of China Minmetals Corporation, Wang Wei, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at China Minmetals Corporation, as well as investigation by the Supervisory Committee of Baiyin City, Gansu Province.
