Guinea President accepts government's collective resignation

Guinea President Alpha Conde accepted the resignation of Prime Minister Ibrahima Kassory Fofana and all government ministers on the 22nd. After the collective resignation of the government, Conde signed two presidential decrees: one declaring the termination of the positions of Prime Minister and government ministers, and the other authorizing the secretaries general of each ministry to handle daily affairs until the formation of the new government.
