Since the start of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the quantity and quality of technology transformation achievements in China have been growing in synchronization. Data shows that from 2020 to 2024, the national transaction volume of technology contracts increased from 2.83 trillion yuan to 6.84 trillion yuan, with a growth rate of 141.7%. Among them, the transformation of scientific research achievements in universities holds a prominent position. For example, Beihang University has promoted the establishment of the "Zhongguancun National Basic Condition Technology Resource Sharing Service Innovation Alliance", standardized key laboratories and scientific databases, and formed tradable "research service product packages", directly providing them to small and medium-sized enterprises through an online platform. Similarly, Tsinghua University and Huazhong University of Science and Technology have jointly established a laboratory with Huawei, where professor teams engage in cutting-edge research and doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers participate in product development. This demonstrates that the integration of universities into industries and the support of enterprises for universities can directly transform academic research into industrial value, achieving a positive cycle of mutual benefits.
