Xin Zhu Co., Ltd. announced that on December 22, 2025, the company signed a cooperation agreement with Duolong Mining to establish a project company in Ali District, Tibet Autonomous Region with a total investment of 50 million RMB, to promote the integrated comprehensive energy security project of Duolong Copper Mine in Tibet. On January 21, 2026, the project company completed the business registration with a name of Tibet Shudao Clean Energy Co., Ltd., with Chen Siyao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million RMB.
