New shareholders include China and Foreign Merchants Industrial Innovation Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Shenzhen branch) and Hangzhou Haoyue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Alibaba. Qichacha shows that Senadt Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established in November 2019, with Li Hua as the legal representative, currently holding shares together with Li Hua and Anhui China Merchants Tongshang Industrial Innovation Private Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise. The official website states that Senadt is a company specializing in intelligent handling robot technology and has independently developed the iLoabot series of robots.
