The conversion price before this adjustment was 82.72 yuan/share, and after the adjustment is 82.75 yuan/share, effective from January 23, 2026. "Huatai Convertible Bonds" was suspended for the whole day on January 22, and will resume conversion from January 23. The company has completed the cancellation of 308,556 shares in the repurchase special securities account, and the total share capital has changed from 120,304,933 shares to 119,996,377 shares.
