Baiote announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baiote Pharmaceuticals, plans to sign a "Construction Engineering Construction Contract" with affiliated company Shuiji Construction for Baiote's Yonghe Innovation Industrial Base, with a contract value of 85.5626 million yuan. Shuiji Construction is controlled by the company's controlling shareholder. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. Shuiji Construction's revenue in 2024 and 2025 were 192 million yuan and 106 million yuan respectively, with net profits of 1.629 million yuan and 1.3993 million yuan. The proposal has been reviewed and approved by the relevant meetings of the board of directors, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
