According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Guodian CNEEC Investment Co., Ltd. was established with Peng Wansheng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Its business scope includes using its own funds for investment activities, energy conservation management services, energy storage technology services, and the sale of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities. According to the equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check, the company is indirectly wholly owned by State Power Investment Corporation Limited.
