According to exchange data, by 2025, more than 1.29 billion units of 12 types of household appliances have been exchanged for new ones, and over 91 million units of digital products such as mobile phones have been purchased new. In terms of statistical data, by 2025, the retail sales of household appliances and audiovisual equipment in units above the quota and communication equipment have increased by 11% and 20.9%, respectively. In terms of market size, data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that retail sales of household appliances reached 1.1695 trillion yuan in 2025, while retail sales of communication equipment reached 1.0076 trillion yuan.
