Australia postpones the release of the basic facts report and final ruling recommendations on the sunset review of anti-dumping and countervailing measures on precision steel tubes involving China.

On January 16, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2026/014, announcing the postponement of the release of the preliminary findings of the anti-dumping sunset review investigation on precision steel pipes imported from China and South Korea, as well as the preliminary findings and final ruling recommendations of the anti-subsidy sunset review investigation on precision steel pipes imported from China. The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission expects to complete the preliminary findings of this case not later than April 9, 2026, and submit the final ruling report to the Australian Minister of Industry and Science no later than June 10, 2026.
