Announcement of Hesheng Silicon Industry: The controlling shareholder Ningbo Hesheng Group and concerted action person collectively hold 869 million shares, accounting for 73.52%, of which Hesheng Group holds 487 million shares, accounting for 41.16%; due to funding needs, Hesheng Group plans to reduce its holdings from February 11, 2026 to May 10, 2026 by no more than 35.4662 million shares, accounting for no more than 3%, including no more than 11.8221 million shares through centralized bidding, and no more than 23.6441 million shares through bulk trades. The selling price will be determined based on the market price at that time.
