COSCO Shipping: Intends to build 4 3000TEU container ships through its wholly-owned subsidiary.

China Merchants Shipping announced that the company plans to sign a Shipbuilding Agreement with China Merchants Industry Holdings, a subsidiary of a related party, through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The agreement is for the construction of four 3000TEU traditional fuel container ships with desulfurization towers, with a total investment amount expected to not exceed 1.324 billion yuan. The delivery period is from 2027 to 2028. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. The total amount of related party transactions with the same related party in the past 12 months does not exceed 1.8 billion yuan.
