Announcement from China Railway High-speed (CSR): the subsidiary company of the company, Jiaotong Weilian, has publicly listed and transferred its 19% equity in Hisense Weilian through the property rights exchange, with a transfer price of 25.08 million yuan. The equity transfer has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures, and Hisense Weilian has been renamed "Qingdao Jiadu Weilian Signal System Co., Ltd.", and obtained the "Business License" issued by the administrative approval service bureau of Laoshan District, Qingdao City.
