Guangri Holdings stated on the interactive platform that the Guangzhou State-owned Enterprise Innovation Investment Fund, in which the company holds shares, is managed by the fund manager. The fund indirectly holds equity of China Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. through its participation in the Guangzhou Yuexiu Smart Innovation Industry Investment Fund partnership enterprise. This does not have a significant impact on the company's operations.
