The notice mentions the improvement of regulations and standards. Speeding up the legislation related to urban renewal, improving laws and regulations related to urban planning, construction, operation, governance, and housing management. Improving technical standards applicable to urban renewal, and formulating or revising standards for fire safety, ancillary public facilities, etc. Strengthening the construction of scientific and technological innovation capacity for urban renewal, vigorously researching and developing new technologies, new processes, new materials, and accelerating the promotion and application of scientific and technological achievements.
