Its business scope includes: tourism development project planning and consulting; cultural and entertainment brokerage services; organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities; commercial performances; performance brokerage, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Zheng Xiaojin, Tang He, Bonaventure film and television wholly owned subsidiary Beijing Bonaventure Film Group Co., Ltd.
