A survey conducted by Randstad and released on Tuesday shows that as businesses increasingly rely on artificial intelligence chatbots and automation, three-fourths of employees believe AI will impact their daily tasks in the workplace, with Generation Z being one of the most concerned groups. Randstad stated in its annual workplace observation report that there has been a 1,587% increase in job vacancies requiring "AI agent" skills, and survey data indicates that AI and automation are increasingly replacing low complexity, easily replaceable transactional roles. Randstad is one of the largest global recruitment companies, and this report surveyed 27,000 employees and 1,225 employers, covering over 3 million job postings in 35 markets.
