OpenAI's Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar stated in a blog post on Sunday that the company's annualized revenue for 2025 has increased from $6 billion in 2024 to over $20 billion, a growth closely related to the expansion of computing power. Friar wrote in the post that OpenAI's computing power for 2025 has increased from 0.6 gigawatts (GW) in 2024 to 1.9 GW. She also added that with the support of Microsoft, OpenAI has continued to achieve record highs in weekly and daily active user data.
