Civil Aviation Administration: Implementing the "Two-in-One" General Aviation Operating License and Operation Permit.
This afternoon, the Civil Aviation Administration of China held a routine press conference, where officials introduced and interpreted the newly promulgated "Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China." The revised Civil Aviation Law consists of 16 chapters and 262 articles, covering various aspects such as flight safety, airworthiness management, general aviation, and low-altitude economy. It has comprehensively revised the existing laws.
The revised Civil Aviation Law explicitly states that the country encourages the development of general aviation, accelerates the cultivation of the general aviation market, builds a general aviation infrastructure network, and supports the development of the general aviation industry with measures based on the actual development of local regions by local governments at the county level and above. It also emphasizes the coordination of development and safety, implements a "one license for general aviation operation and operation" system, and requires entities organizing general aviation flights to ensure operational safety. Entities engaged in regular general aviation transport must establish a civil aircraft accident assistance plan for the families of victims.
