Meixin Sheng announced that the seventh meeting of the second board of directors approved the "Proposal on Joint Investment with Related Parties and Related Transactions". The company plans to subscribe to 9,411,765 preferred shares of Fusionsight PTE. LTD. for $3.2 million, holding 18.82% of its equity after completion. WIHarper Fund IX LP, a primary entity controlled by the actual controller of shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares, also plans to subscribe to the same number of preferred shares for $3.2 million. As WIHarper Fund IX is a related legal person, this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
