Treasure Mo Co., Ltd. announced that the sole shareholder of the company's controlling shareholder, Sichuan Xingtianfu Hongling Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., Hainan Xiangchang Business Management Co., Ltd., signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Shijiazhuang Xinye Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Luo Xiaolin. Xiangchang Business intends to transfer 81% of its equity in Xingtianfu Hongling to Xinye Innovation, with a total transfer price of RMB 81 million. Upon completion of the transaction, Xingtianfu Hongling will still be the controlling shareholder of the company, and the actual controller of the company will change from Luo Xiaolin and the Han Ming couple to Mr. Hu Hanyang.
