Zhongwei Semiconductor Company announced that it will soon launch its first non-volatile memory chip, which is a low-power 4M bit capacity SPI NOR Flash. The storage array consists of 2048 programmable pages, each with a capacity of 256 bytes. The maximum single programmable data write size is 256 bytes, and it supports multiple erase modes. It features low cost, low power consumption, high-speed SPI read/write, and non-volatile characteristics, making it suitable for small storage requirements.
