"The Big Short" Michael Burry once again issues a warning about the artificial intelligence bubble. Burry wrote on Substack warning that so-called hyperscale data center operators, including Microsoft and Google, are wasting huge amounts of money on microchips and data centers that will soon become outdated because the devices used to power artificial intelligence tools such as chatbots will become standardized. Looking ahead to the future, he predicts that the number of jobs in the tech industry will decline or not increase significantly, as the industry may face a very long period of stagnation.
