On December 19, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Announcement No. 81 of 2025, deciding to initiate an expiry review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported EPDM rubber originating in the United States, South Korea, and the European Union. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the notice regarding the distribution of investigation questionnaires for this case is as follows: The investigation questionnaires are divided into three categories: foreign exporters or producers, domestic producers, and domestic importers.
