Lepu Medical received feedback on the overseas issuance and listing registration filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On January 19th, the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission disclosed the requirements for supplementary materials for overseas issuances and listings. The CSRC required Liangbang Pharmaceuticals to provide additional explanations for seven major issues and to have a lawyer verify and provide clear legal opinions.
