International Capital Control and Citic Financial Assets International Holdings sign a framework agreement.

International Capital Control announced that on January 19, 2026, the company entered into a framework agreement with CITIC Financial Assets International Holdings. Under this agreement, the group agreed to provide brokerage services, placement, underwriting and distribution services for securities trading to related clients from January 19, 2026 to December 31, 2028; corporate financial advisory services; and asset management services.
