As of the beginning of 2026, the A-share market has been steadily strengthening, and foreign institutional investors are actively conducting research to better grasp investment opportunities throughout the year. In the eyes of foreign institutional investors, the current valuation of A-shares still remains attractive, especially in the technology sector such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and electronic devices, which are expected to become the main themes for the entire year. Corporate profit growth will be a key driving factor for the market. According to Wind data, as of January 15, foreign institutional investors have conducted a total of 70 research visits to A-share listed companies since the beginning of 2026. Among them, Anji Technology received research visits from 27 foreign institutional investors, ranking first on the list of foreign research visits; OptoTech and Jiaocheng Ultrasound received research visits from 18 and 17 foreign institutional investors respectively; DiNike, Shangji Technology, and others also received research visits from multiple foreign institutional investors. The targets of foreign research visits are mainly focused on semiconductor materials and equipment, electronic devices, and other technology-related sectors.
