In this revision, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are included in the scope of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise cultivation, together with innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, collectively referred to as technology and innovation-based small and medium-sized enterprises. The measures will be implemented from April 1, 2026.
