ST Matsusha Announces that the construction contracts for the four 306,000-ton VLCC super large crude oil tankers and one LR2 product oil tanker and crude oil tanker of its subordinate company Hengli Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. will take effect on January 15, 2026. The relevant contracts signed this time are ordinary operational contracts, and the Company and the trading counterparty have no associated relationship. The transactions involved do not constitute related party transactions. According to the rules of the Stock Listing Rules, the company's signing of ordinary transaction-related contracts this time does not require approval by the board of directors or shareholder meeting.
