Guilin Tourism: Obtaining full ownership by enforcing the acquisition of 35% equity of Guizhen Company.

Guilin Tourism announced that it received the "Enforcement Ruling" from Xiangshan Court on January 15, 2026. Prior to this, the company had filed a lawsuit regarding the equity transfer dispute with Wen Liangtian and others, and applied for compulsory enforcement after the second-instance judgment of the appeal. This ruling lifted the freeze on Wen Liangtian's 35% equity in Guizhen Company and transferred it to the company. Currently, the equity has been successfully transferred, and Guizhen Company has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, with no significant impact on the company's profits. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has other unresolved minor lawsuits and arbitration involving approximately 11.99 million yuan.
