Great Energy Announcement: China Pingmei Shinma Holdings Group Co., Ltd. increased its capital indirectly by holding 100% equity of Henan Energy Group Co., Ltd. through Henan Provincial People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and indirectly acquired a total of 2.02 billion shares of Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. held by Yima Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. and Yima Coal Industry Group Qinghai Yehai Energy Co., Ltd., with a shareholding ratio of 84.50%. This acquisition makes Pingmei Shinma Group the controlling shareholder of Henan Energy Group and realizes the indirect acquisition of Dayou Energy.
