Meituan launches its first open-source "rethinking" model.

Meituan LongCat official Weibo message, as an upgraded version of the LongCat-Flash-Thinking model, LongCat-Flash-Thinking-2601 is now open source. The new model has reached the SOTA level in core evaluation benchmarks such as intelligent body search, intelligent body tool invocation, and tool interactive reasoning. In random complex tasks relying on tool invocation, its performance surpasses Claude-Opus-4.5-Thinking, significantly reducing the training cost for adapting new tools in real scenarios. The new model also supports "rethinking" mode, which can simultaneously initiate 8 "brains" to perform tasks, and can be experienced for free on the LongCat official website.
