The Mission of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq is coming to an end, and the Prime Minister of Iraq is meeting with the United Nations representative.

On December 27th local time, according to a statement from the media office of the Iraqi Prime Minister, Prime Minister Sudaani met with the United Nations Secretary-General's Special Representative for Iraq, Mohammed Hasan, that day. The statement said that the meeting took place as Hasan was concluding his mission in Iraq and the mandate of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq was coming to an end.
