The State Tobacco Monopoly Administration's Electronic Cigarette Supervision and Management Division has released the "Status of Electronic Cigarette Supervision and Management". In terms of law enforcement, a total of 19,896 administrative cases and 5,539 criminal cases related to electronic cigarettes have been investigated, with 63.145 million illegal products confiscated and the amount involved exceeding 15 billion yuan. 3,834 people have been held criminally responsible. In response to the emergence of "milk tea cups" and "cola cans" and other variant products, special rectification efforts have been ongoing to effectively curb the spread of illegal products.
