Recently, the first industrial factory building REITs project between institutions in the market - the Citic Securities- Waigaoqiao Group holding real estate asset support special plan - was officially listed at the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This project is the first industrial factory building REITs between institutions in the country, and also the first inter-institutional REITs project of a local state-owned enterprise in Shanghai. This marks the transformation of Waigaoqiao Group from "asset holder" to "capital operator".
