On December 27th, Zhang Junkuo, Chairman of the China Development Research Foundation and former Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, stated at the Sanya Finance International Forum and the 5th Sanya Wealth Management Conference that during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, there are two key points to focus on in fully releasing and expanding effective investment: first, accelerating the formation of new models for urban and rural construction and real estate development that are adapted to the new stage; second, vigorously boosting private investment and foreign investment. With the changing development stage, there is still a significant demand for investment and consumption focused on improving the urban and rural environment and housing quality. Taking cities as an example, this includes urban renewal and environmental optimization, as well as residents' demand for higher quality housing and the upgrade of old buildings and communities.
