Recently, the incident of "Zhengzhou Central Porsche Center suspected of closing and running away" under the East An Holdings Group Limited has sparked heated discussions among car owners and netizens. On the evening of December 26, according to China National Radio website, East An Group issued a notice confirming that the Zhengzhou Central Porsche, Guiyang Mengguan Porsche, and Zhengzhou Dongjin Volkswagen stores under its management have temporarily ceased operations. East An Group stated that in recent years, due to factors such as price wars in the automobile industry, the actual operation of the group has faced difficulties. After studying the situation, the group decided to suspend the operations of the Zhengzhou Central Porsche, Guiyang Mengguan Porsche, and Zhengzhou Dongjin Volkswagen stores from December 26, 2025. The notice also mentioned that regarding employee salary arrears, the group is actively raising funds and expects to settle them in batches within 30 days; regarding employee wages, it is expected to be paid in full within 60 days; regarding social security during the closure period, it will be paid as usual; regarding supplier arrears, they will be settled in batches. The notice denied rumors circulating online about "investors running away," and also stated that, "under the supervision of relevant departments, we will steadily advance according to the above mentioned timelines until the matter is resolved." This also indicates that local regulatory authorities have intervened to handle the situation.
