Gaole shares: planning a change in control, Lehman Yunyour acquired shares and made commitments.

Gao Le Group announced that in 2025, the controlling shareholder Hua Tong Group will transfer 94.72 million shares to Lehman Yun Map and entrust 37.88 million shares voting rights to it. Yang Guangcheng and Xingchang Plastic and Hardware Factory Limited will also entrust some of the shares voting rights to Lehman Yun Map. Hua Tong Group will no longer have consistent actions and voting rights relationship with the two parties. If the agreement is completed, the controlling shareholder will change to Lehman Yun Map and the actual controller will change to Wang Fan. Currently, Lehman Yun Map has completed due diligence and has promised not to transfer shares within 36 months after the completion of the equity change. There are uncertainties in this matter.
