In order to comprehensively improve the quality of power supply services, the Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau innovatively introduced a "business hall ecosystem" operating mechanism, which has achieved significant results. The bureau has proposed policy suggestions to the Southern Power Grid Company to accelerate the replication and promotion of the ecological business hall model. In recent years, with the development of diversified energy consumption demands of users, the number of customers choosing to visit physical business halls for transactions has rapidly increased. Most customers visiting the halls show great interest in power extension services, and there is considerable room for expansion of the service functions of physical business halls.
