Guangdong Construction Group: Yue Water Hydroelectric Energy Group and Tancheng County People's Government sign a framework agreement for investment cooperation in the green methanol project, with an expected total investment of approximately 6 billion yuan.

Guangdong Construction Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Hydropower Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Yue Water Hydropower Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd., has signed a framework agreement for investment cooperation on the Green Methanol Project with the People's Government of Tancheng County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. According to the agreement, Yue Water Hydropower Energy Group plans to invest in Tancheng County to build a green methanol production plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons, 65,000 tons of green LNG, and a 500MW centralized wind power project, with a total investment of approximately 6 billion yuan. The agreement is valid for one year and will take effect from the date of signature and seal by both legal representatives or authorized representatives.
