Jikai Corporation announcement, Shenzhen Zhuozhong Dafu Investment Partnership Enterprise is an affiliate of Tomorrow Holdings Limited, which has been declared bankrupt and undergoing substantial consolidation by Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court. The court ruling on December 18, 2025 terminated the bankruptcy proceedings of 677 related companies. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhuozhong Dafu holds 98.6 million shares of the company, accounting for 29% and ranking as the second largest shareholder. The bankruptcy liquidation of Zhuozhong Dafu will not affect the company's daily operations, but the subsequent disposal may impact the equity structure without changing the controlling ownership.
