However, on the other hand, there is a significant misalignment between the early layout of production capacity and the current spatial distribution of retired batteries, resulting in a dilemma of "places with batteries without production capacity, and places with production capacity without batteries", leading to low overall production capacity utilization rate in the country. The industry urgently needs to shift from pursuing scale to improving system efficiency.
